Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
Operational lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-F 8 ULTRA is a newly developed lubricant especially for use on medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on a mixture of synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil.
Kluberfluid C-F 8 ULTRA provides extremely good adhesion, resistance to high pressure and exceptional wear protection. It is suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120°C.

Benefits for your application:
  • Operational lubricant for large open girth gear drives incorporating immersion, circulation or spray lubrication systems
  • For normal to elevated component temperatures up to 120°C
  • Free from heavy metals, chlorine, solvents, bitumen and solids
  • Easy application
  • Optimum wear and tooth flank protection
  • Low maintenance, lower disposal costs
  • Light-coloured, transparent product
Kluberfluid C-F 8 ULTRA corresponds to ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 annex D.

Features, Application
Light-coloured running-in and correction lubricant for open gear rim/pinion drives
Kluberfluid B-F 2 Ultra is a mineral-oil-based running-in and correction lubricant especially developed for immersion, circulation or spray lubrication.
It contains special additives and surface-smoothing solid particles enhancing the running-in process, i.e. physical/mechanical material removal on new tooth flanks.
Kluberfluid B-F 2 Ultra is a fluid grease that is free of bitumen and raw materials containing solvents, heavy metals or chlorine.
High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.
High-temperature and long-term grease for rolling bearings
Kluberplex BEM 41-132 is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and a special lithium soap. Special additives ensure optimum oxidation resistance as well as protection against wear and corrosion.
Operational open gear lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-PG 17 Ultra is based on an innovative synthetic base oil and was developed to meet your increasing demands of modern day open gears.
The high viscosity index of Kluberfluid C-PG 17 Ultra provides the highest film thicknesses and thus the highest load carrying capacity, even if your gears are running at elevated temperatures.
Running-in lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra is a sprayable running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium stearate as a thickener and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. The lubricant is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine.
GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA reduces surface roughness and improves the tooth flank quality which makes it also suitable for corrective lubrication if tooth flanks are damaged.
Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
