Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.

Special lubricating grease for drinking water, beverage and heating valves and fittings
UNISILKON L 250 L is a special lubricant based on silicone oil and PTFE with high thermal stability. Owing to its relatively high viscosity, adhesion is improved even in case of unfavourable geometries. It is resistant to cold and hot water, superheated steam up to approx. 130°C as well as industrial cleaning agents and disinfectants. It is also resistant to pumpable foodstuffs and beverages like fruit juices, beer or milk products.

Synthetic special lubricating grease for the food processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberfood NH1 94-402 is a special lubricating grease composed of a highly refined base oil and a calcium complex thickener.
Kluberfood NH1 94-402 is NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
 
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.

Synthetic heavy-duty grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is a lubricating grease based on high-quality synthetic base oil and a special calcium complex soap thickener. This combination enables the formation of a lubricating film with high resistance to mechanical loads providing excellent wear protection. Moreover, Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect due to the special thickener component used.
