Klubersynth BH 72-422

Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.
Benefits for your application
  • Longer service life than with conventional ester-based greases as the lubricant contains PFPE oil that is extremely resistant to ageing
  • Based on "hybrid formulation". This allows the product to combine excellent high-temperature properties (up to 220°C) and good load carrying capacity
  • Miscibility with all conventional grease types enables changeover without cleaning

Product
Features, Application
High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.
High-temperature oil for continuous wood panel presses
HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is a special high-temperature oil for use on the latest generation of continuous board presses subject to highest process temperatures and speeds. HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is an advanced product based on the HOTEMP...series with further development in terms of evaporation losses at temperatures between 230 and 260°C.
Wolfracoat C

Wolfracoat C

Mã SP:
High-temperature lubricating paste
Wolfracoat C is a grey high-temperature lubricating paste containing metal solid lubricant pigments (e.g. copper, graphite). Wolfracoat C counteracts excessive friction, wear and seizing at lubricating points subject to high loads. Wolfracoat C forms a thermally stable lubricating film. At temperatures above 200°C, the solid lubricants remain in the friction points and protect against tribocorrosion and fretting of e.g. fits up to 1200°C.
Petamo GY 193

Petamo GY 193

Mã SP:
Tried-and-tested grease for the high-temperature and long-term lubrication of rolling bearings
PETAMO GY 193 is a synthetic high-temperature grease based on high-quality ester oils, polyurea thickener and special additives. The grease stands out for its excellent water resistance and corrosion protection.
With an above average base oil viscosity of approx. 160 mm²/s at 40°C, PETAMO GY 193 is suitable for manifold applications in machine building.
Air-hardening PTFE bonded coating
FLUOROPAN T 20 Spray is a whitish-transparent, air-hardening bonded coating based on PTFE and an organic binder.
When FLUOROPAN T 20 Spray has been applied and hardened, it offers high wear resistance, a low friction coefficient and no stick slip at low speeds. Its adhesion on iron and non-ferrous metals and solvent-resistant plastics as well as wood is good.

Hotemp 2000

Mã SP:
High-temperature lubricating oil
HOTEMP 2000 is an advanced, fully synthetic high-temperature oil for friction points that are normally lubricated manually.
HOTEMP 2000 is resistant to temperatures up to 250°C and does not decompose thermally into hard, lacquer-like residues that may stiffen or seize chain joints.
