Synthetic special lubricating grease for the food and pharma processing industries
Kluberfood NH1 64-422 is a special lubricating grease composed of a synthetic base oil and silicate thickener.
Kluberfood NH1 64-422 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Adhesive dampening greases of medium to high shear viscosity
CATENERA KSB 6, 8, 12 are adhesive dampening greases based on synthetic hydrocarbon, ester and paraffin oil. They contain silicate as thickener.

PARALIQ GA 343 is resistant to cold and hot water.

Fully synthetic compressor oils for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry
Kluber Summit HySyn FG oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. They can be mixed with mineral oils and other synthetic hydrocarbon oils.
The oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators.
They are NSF H1 registered.

High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.
