High-temperature lubricating paste
Wolfracoat C is a grey high-temperature lubricating paste containing metal solid lubricant pigments (e.g. copper, graphite). Wolfracoat C counteracts excessive friction, wear and seizing at lubricating points subject to high loads. Wolfracoat C forms a thermally stable lubricating film. At temperatures above 200 °C, the solid lubricants remain in the friction points and protect against tribocorrosion and fretting of e.g. fits up to 1200 °C.
Benefits for your application
Easier assembly and disassembly of power-locking connections
Reliable lubrication under mixed-friction and high-load conditions owing to ageing-resistant solid lubricants
Light-coloured high-pressure lubricating paste
DUOTEMPI PMY 45 is a light-coloured high-pressure lubricating paste for frictional connections subject to medium temperatures in predominantly dry environments. DUOTEMPI PMY 45 is based on mineral and synthetic hydrocarbon oils plus solid lubricants and special lithium soap. DUOTEMPI PMY 45 ensures easy assembly and disassembly of interference fits and clamping connections subject to medium loads while preventing fretting corrosion (tribo-corrosion).
High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.
High-temperature and high-purity screw paste
In many chemical processes, contaminants like halogens, metal compounds and sulphur can cause undesirable secondary reactions. Therefore, lubricants used in the vicinity of such processes for e.g.flange connections in reactors should be free of such substances. Kluberpaste HS 91-21 complies with this requirement, as it offers a high degree of purity regarding sulphur, chlorine, fluorine and heavy metals.
Synthetic lubricating grease for valves, fittings with EPDM seals
PARALIQ GTE 703 is a special lubricating grease based on silicone oil and PTFE.
It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It was especially developed for the incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical.
It may also be used for very low-load rolling bearings used in the beverage industry where an EPDM-compatible H1 lubricant is required.
White lubricating and assembly paste for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberpaste UH1 84-201 is a white lubricating and assembly paste for versatile lubricating and assembly purposes in hygienically sensitive environments.
The lubricant is water-resistant and provides good corrosion protection.
The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.
Light-coloured high-temperature paste for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberpaste UH1 96-402 is a high-temperature paste designed for versatile assembly purposes in hygienically sensitive environments. It contains fully synthetic base oils and a special blend of ceramic solid lubricants.
It is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, pharmaceutical industries.
