Spindle bearing grease
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity.
It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and a barium complex soap. It offers good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, media and oxidation.

Needle and sinker oils for hosiery and flat-bed knitting machinery
Kluber Madol 100 oils based on special mineral base oils and additives.

High-temperature oil for oil-lubricated stenter chains in the textile industry
Klubersynth CTH 2-260 is a special high-temperature chain oil for reliable lubrication at high operating temperatures and loads. It has low evaporation losses at high temperatures and does not form varnish build-up when used correctly - it is important to keep friction points covered with an oil film at all times. It also regenerates pasty used oil at the friction points to ensure sufficient lubrication. It also offers good creeping ability, ensuring quick lubricant film formation.

High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.

Biodegradable high-performance needle and sinker oils
In the knitting industry, requirements in terms of consistent product quality, compatibility of materials, wear protection and scourability are becoming more and more stringent. ISOFLEX LDS 18 SPECIAL A is a dynamically light long-term grease for plain and rolling bearings. It consists of ester oil, mineral oil and lithium soap. The product is resistant to ageing, oxidation and water, and it protects reliably against corrosion.
