Kluberoil GEM 1 N is a high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on mineral. Kluberoil GEM 1 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Kluberoil GEM 1 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Mineral oil based high performance gear oils with MX technology
The Klüberoil MX 1 AP series gear oils are highly refined mineral oil based high performance gear oils for long life characteristics.MX technology works quickly by establishing a protective strong pressure resistant lubricating film in between the meshing surfaces & remains there in spite of heavy loads or shocks. Due to increase in contact area, load per unit area comes down resulting in reduced friction and heat generation. Apart from that, optimum percentage of additives present in these oils gives good resistance against oxidation and corrosion. 

High-performance fluid grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth BEM 44-4600 is based on high-viscosity PAO oil and a special lithium soap, which prevents components from leaking due to its thixotropic behavior. Compared to other fluid greases it provides a very good thermal stability due to its synthetic composition thus ensures a longer service life of the lubricant and protects against early wear of the components. It offers good compatibility with other fluid greases based on mineral oil and PAO, thus it helps in a smooth change- over to BEM 44-4600.

Klubersynth GH 6 is a synthetic high-performance gear and high-temperature oil based on polyglycol. It includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GH 6 is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Concentrated, synthetic conditioner for compressors, hydraulic systems, gears and other oil circulation systems
Kluber Summit Varnasolv is a concentrated conditioner fluid containing synthetic ester oil and cleaning additives. It is miscible with mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, ester oils and polyglycols.

Synthetic high-performance gear oils for weaving machines
In modern weaving machines, high-performance gear oils are expected to enable longer maintenance intervals at high production speeds.
It is with this trend in mind that we developed our Klubersynth 50 KV, 80 KV and 100 KV oils. These are synthetic high-performance gear oils based on polyglycol. They are resistant to ageing, protect reliably against wear and offer an excellent load-carrying capacity as well as viscosity-temperature behaviour.
