High-temperature long-term greases

Lubricating grease for the food and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberlub NH1 11-231 is based on a paraffin mineral oil and an aluminium complex soap.
Kluberlub NH1 11-231 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Special grease for the lubrication of electrical switches, contacts and sensors
Kluberlectric KR 44-102 is a special grease for the lubrication of electrical switches, contacts and sensors. It consists of a PAO oil and lithium soap incorporating a UV indicator for quality inspection. It is intended especially for the protection and lubrication of copper, tin and silver surfaces against corrosion.

High-temperature lubricating grease
Kluberlub PHB 71-461 is a special high-temperature lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polyurea. It is suitable for a wide service temperature range and can be used up to 180°C under continuous relubrication conditions. Kluberlub PHB 71-461 may be applied via centralized lubrication equipment.
Kluberlub PHB 71-461 incorporates special EP additives ensuring good wear protection under high load conditions.

Synthetic grease for valves and fittings in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
PARALIQ GB 363 offers excellent adhesion and is neutral to beer froth. It is also highly resistant to water and steam.

Lubricant for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
Kluberplex BEM 41-141 offers good pressure and wear resistance and does not contain any inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 or graphite.
Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used for a wide range of applications.
