Special lubricating grease for drinking water, beverage and heating valves and fittings
UNISILKON L 250 L is a special lubricant based on silicone oil and PTFE with high thermal stability. Owing to its relatively high viscosity, adhesion is improved even in case of unfavourable geometries. It is resistant to cold and hot water, superheated steam up to approx. 130°C as well as industrial cleaning agents and disinfectants. It is also resistant to pumpable foodstuffs and beverages like fruit juices, beer or milk products.

Synthetic lubricating grease for valves, fittings with EPDM seals
PARALIQ GTE 703 is a special lubricating grease based on silicone oil and PTFE.
It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It was especially developed for the incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical.
It may also be used for very low-load rolling bearings used in the beverage industry where an EPDM-compatible H1 lubricant is required.

Lubricating greases for extreme requirements
Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are lubricating greases based on mineral oil and special calcium soap. They offer high resistance to mechano-dynamical loads and good adhesion properties. Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are highly resistant to media, water and water vapour.

Long-term and high-temperature grease for rolling bearings
PETAMO GHY 133 N is a high-performance lubricating grease for rolling bearings subject to high temperatures.
The high-performance level of PETAMO GHY 133 N is achieved by means of selected product constituents such as polyurea thickener, mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and additives, as well as the production technology.

High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
 
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.

High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.
