Synthetic rolling and plain bearing greases
ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52, NB 152 are rolling and plain bearing greases based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener used in the greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. The Kluber barium complex soap is ELINCS-registered and approved by GASG (Global Automotive Stakeholders Group).

Kluberlub NH1 11-231 is based on a paraffin mineral oil and an aluminium complex soap.
Kluberlub NH1 11-231 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.
High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.
Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.
Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
Dynamically light, long-term lubricating grease
ISOFLEX LDS 18 SPECIAL A is a dynamically light long-term grease for plain and rolling bearings. It consists of ester oil, mineral oil and lithium soap. The product is resistant to ageing, oxidation and water, and it protects reliably against corrosion.
Multi-purpose grease
POLYLUB WH 2 is a multifunctional lubricating grease based on mineral oil and a lithium soap thickener.
The grease offers good adhesion, excellent low-temperature properties and good corrosion protection.
