Klubersynth BH 72-422

High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.

Kluberalfa YV 93-1202

Premium sliding agent for valves, fittings and installations carrying oxygen under very high partial pressure
Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.
It provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.
It is registered according to NSF H1, complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 and can be used in the food-processing industry.

Kluberlub BE 71-501

Special lubricating grease for rolling and plain bearings
Klüberlub BE 71-501 is a light-coloured lubricating grease which offers good compatibility with nonferrous metals like those used for example as plain bearing material. Due to its special formulation and solid lubricants, wear is low when exposed to rotating and oscillating motion and high impact loads. Klüberlub BE 71-501 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect. The additives contained in this product enhance its ageing resistance.

Kluberplus S 01-004

Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.

Kluberlub BVH 71-461

High-temperature lubricating grease for bearings and valves
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil/synthetic hydrocarbon oil/polyurea. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160°C.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity.
It is very adhesive and resistant to water under static and dynamic loads.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is also particularly resistant to oxidation and ageing and reliably protects against corrosion. It has an especially high sealing effect in coke oven valves.

Petamo GHY 443

High-temperature and long-term lubricant for rolling bearings subject to high loads
PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 (recommended for relubrication due to its softer consistency) are special lubricating greases based on ester oil and polyurea thickener. The greases have been especially designed for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads and temperatures. Being an efficient alternative to mineral oil based products, PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 achieve a much longer service life and therefore help to reduce maintenance costs. Due to their high base oil viscosity and excellent thermal stability they are mainly used for large rolling bearings.
