Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.
Operational lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra is a sprayable adhesive lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. It is resistant to high pressure and contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors. The raw materials used for the manufacture of Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra are free of bitumen, solvents and chlorine.
High-purity rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication
Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 is a synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease. Due to the careful selection of product components and the clean manufacturing environment, Kluberquiet It is a rolling bearing grease with a particularly low noise level. It offers excellent performance characteristics thanks to a high-quality ester oil, a new polyurea thickener and special additives. It is special in that it combines high-temperature resistance and extreme purity.
Lubricating grease with high resistance to ambient media
The industry imposes increasingly diverse and stringent requirements on lubricating greases. Many applications require greases offering good wear protection, high mechano-dynamical stability and water resistance.
For such requirements we developed STABURAGS NBU 30, a lubricating grease based on mineral oil and a barium complex soap.
STABURAGS NBU 30 offers good wear and corrosion protection as well as resistance to water and many diluted alkaline and acidic solutions, thus extending relubrication intervals and reducing operating costs.
Rolling bearing and high-pressure grease
STABURAGS NBU 8 EP is a lubricating grease based on mineral oil and barium complex soap. It has been used successfully for many years as a long-term grease for bearings subject to high specific loads. Its good wear protection properties are enhanced by the barium complex thickener. STABURAGS NBU 8 EP protects reliably against corrosion and is resistant to water.
Synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil with KlüberComp Lube Technology
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Klubersynth GEM 4 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.
High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.
