Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.
Lubricating grease with high resistance to ambient media
The industry imposes increasingly diverse and stringent requirements on lubricating greases. Many applications require greases offering good wear protection, high mechano-dynamical stability and water resistance.
For such requirements we developed STABURAGS NBU 30, a lubricating grease based on mineral oil and a barium complex soap.
STABURAGS NBU 30 offers good wear and corrosion protection as well as resistance to water and many diluted alkaline and acidic solutions, thus extending relubrication intervals and reducing operating costs.
High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.
Fluid grease for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
COSTRAC AK 0 is a multi-purpose fluid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.
Rolling bearing and high-pressure grease
STABURAGS NBU 8 EP is a lubricating grease based on mineral oil and barium complex soap. It has been used successfully for many years as a long-term grease for bearings subject to high specific loads. Its good wear protection properties are enhanced by the barium complex thickener. STABURAGS NBU 8 EP protects reliably against corrosion and is resistant to water.
High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.
Synthetic high-performance gear and high-temperature oil with KluberComp Lube Technology
