Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.
High-purity rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication
Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 is a synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease. Due to the careful selection of product components and the clean manufacturing environment, Kluberquiet It is a rolling bearing grease with a particularly low noise level. It offers excellent performance characteristics thanks to a high-quality ester oil, a new polyurea thickener and special additives. It is special in that it combines high-temperature resistance and extreme purity.
Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
Running-in lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra is a sprayable running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium stearate as a thickener and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. The lubricant is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine.
GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA reduces surface roughness and improves the tooth flank quality which makes it also suitable for corrective lubrication if tooth flanks are damaged.
Graphite based operational lubricant for open gear drives
Because of its unique chemical composition based on an aluminium soap thickener, the GRAFLOSCON C-SG 0 ULTRA provide good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads.The life of the gear is enhanced by the presence of fine graphite particles that form a protective layer and prevent damage.
The vibrations and temperature difference across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion due to the special additives.
High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Klubertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
