Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra is a sprayable running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium stearate as a thickener and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. The lubricant is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine.

Operational lubricant for large gear drives
Klubersynth OA 98-15000 is based on the SLIBF concept (Solid Lubricant Integrated Base Fluid) was developed precisely to meet the high demands of open gear drives.
It provides excellent adhesion, good film formation, less splashing from the gears and reducing leakages from the gear casing. This results in better maintenance practices and increased safety. Kluber Summit SH oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon and additives. They can be mixed with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, however are not miscible with polyglycol oils.
High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.
Graphite based operational lubricant for open gear drives
