Light-coloured running-in and correction lubricant for open gear rim/pinion drives
Kluberfluid B-F 2 Ultra is a mineral-oil-based running-in and correction lubricant especially developed for immersion, circulation or spray lubrication.
It contains special additives and surface-smoothing solid particles enhancing the running-in process, i.e. physical/mechanical material removal on new tooth flanks.
Kluberfluid B-F 2 Ultra is a fluid grease that is free of bitumen and raw materials containing solvents, heavy metals or chlorine.

Fluid grease for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
COSTRAC AK 0 is a multi-purpose fluid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.

Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.

High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.

Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
