Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.

High-temperature lubricating compound
WOLFRACOAT C FLUID is a viscous high-temperature release agent and lubricating compound based on a mineral and ester oil mixture. It contains solid lubricants, metal pigments and an inorganic thickener. The base fluid starts to evaporate at approx. 200°C, leaving a solid lubricant film, which separates frictional surfaces (dry lubrication).

Rolling bearing and high-pressure grease
STABURAGS NBU 8 EP is a lubricating grease based on mineral oil and barium complex soap. It has been used successfully for many years as a long-term grease for bearings subject to high specific loads. Its good wear protection properties are enhanced by the barium complex thickener. STABURAGS NBU 8 EP protects reliably against corrosion and is resistant to water.

White operating and priming lubricants

Operational lubricant for large gear drives
Klubersynth OA 98-15000 is based on the SLIBF concept (Solid Lubricant Integrated Base Fluid) was developed precisely to meet the high demands of open gear drives.
It provides excellent adhesion, good film formation, less splashing from the gears and reducing leakages from the gear casing. This results in better maintenance practices and increased safety. It also provides good pumpability at lower temperatures and offers low resistance to pumping the lubricant.

Repair lubricant for open girth gear drives
Kluberfluid D-F 1 ULTRA is a running-in and repair lubricant suitable for manual spray application. It is based on mineral oil thickened with lithium soap and contains special additives.
