Kluber Madol 172 Supreme, 183 Supreme

Needle and sinker oils for hosiery and flat-bed knitting machinery
Kluber Madol 100 oils based on special mineral base oils and additives.
They ensure reliable wetting of the friction points in your knitting machine, keep needle grooves clean and extend the needle life.
The oils' good oxidation stability contribute to reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

Klubersynth 50 KV, 80 KV, 100 KV

Synthetic high-performance gear oils for weaving machines
In modern weaving machines, high-performance gear oils are expected to enable longer maintenance intervals at high production speeds.
It is with this trend in mind that we developed our Klubersynth 50 KV, 80 KV and 100 KV oils. These are synthetic high-performance gear oils based on polyglycol. They are resistant to ageing, protect reliably against wear and offer an excellent load-carrying capacity as well as viscosity-temperature behaviour.

Synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil with KlüberComp Lube Technology
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Klubersynth GEM 4 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Isoflex NBU 15

Spindle bearing grease
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity.
It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and a barium complex soap. It offers good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, media and oxidation.

Petamo GY 193

Tried-and-tested grease for the high-temperature and long-term lubrication of rolling bearings
PETAMO GY 193 is a synthetic high-temperature grease based on high-quality ester oils, polyurea thickener and special additives. The grease stands out for its excellent water resistance and corrosion protection.
With an above average base oil viscosity of approx. 160 mm²/s at 40°C, PETAMO GY 193 is suitable for manifold applications in machine building

Kluber Summit SH 32, 46, 68

Synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 10,000 operating hours
Kluber Summit SH oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon and additives. They can be mixed with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, however are not miscible with polyglycol oils.
