High-temperature lubricating, sliding and sealing agent

PARALIQ GB 363 offers excellent adhesion and is neutral to beer froth. It is also highly resistant to water and steam.
PARALIQ GB 363 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.
High-temperature lubricating grease for bearings and valves
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil/synthetic hydrocarbon oil/polyurea. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160 °C.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity.
It is very adhesive and resistant to water under static and dynamic loads.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is also particularly resistant to oxidation and ageing and reliably protects against corrosion. It has an especially high sealing effect in coke oven valves.

Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are lubricating greases based on mineral oil and special calcium soap. They offer high resistance to mechano-dynamical loads and good adhesion properties. Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are highly resistant to media, water and water vapour.
Premium sliding agent for valves, fittings and installations carrying oxygen under very high partial pressure
Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.
It provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.
It is registered according to NSF H1, complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 and can be used in the food-processing industry.
Special lubricating grease for valves eg under vacuum
BARRIERTA L 55/3 HV is a synthetic, non-flammable and pasty sliding agent with good wetting properties for high-performance valves. It is based on PFPE oil and PTFE and can be used for temperatures from -25°C to 260°C.
BARRIERTA L 55/3 HV is a special grease for valves offering a long-term effect when exposed to hot water, boiling water, and steam.
BARRIERTA L 55/3 HV is resistant to chemicals and aggressive media such as concentrated acids, alkaline solutions and organic solvents (except for fluorinated hydrocarbon solvents, strong, bases, earth/alkali metals and Lewis acids). BARRIERTA L 55/3 HV is almost neutral to elastomers and plastics.
