Special lubricating grease for drinking water, beverage and heating valves and fittings
UNISILKON L 250 L is a special lubricant based on silicone oil and PTFE with high thermal stability. Owing to its relatively high viscosity, adhesion is improved even in case of unfavourable geometries. It is resistant to cold and hot water, superheated steam up to approx. 130°C as well as industrial cleaning agents and disinfectants. It is also resistant to pumpable foodstuffs and beverages like fruit juices, beer or milk products.

Synthetic lubricating grease for valves, fittings with EPDM seals
PARALIQ GTE 703 is a special lubricating grease based on silicone oil and PTFE.
It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It was especially developed for the incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical.
It may also be used for very low-load rolling bearings used in the beverage industry where an EPDM-compatible H1 lubricant is required.

High-temperature lubricating grease for bearings and valves
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil/synthetic hydrocarbon oil/polyurea. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160 °C.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity.
It is very adhesive and resistant to water under static and dynamic loads.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is also particularly resistant to oxidation and ageing and reliably protects against corrosion. It has an especially high sealing effect in coke oven valves.

Special lubricating grease with EP additives, compatible with EPDM
SYNTHESO GLEP 1 is a special lubricant for a wide variety of applications with an almost neutral behaviour towards many elastomers (including EPDM) and plastics (except PC and ABS). SYNTHESO GLEP 1 can be used in a wide service temperature range and offers efficient protection against wear, good adhesion and resistance to water.

Premium sliding agent for valves, fittings and installations carrying oxygen under very high partial pressure
Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.
It provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.
It is registered according to NSF H1, complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 and can be used in the food-processing industry.

Synthetic sealing grease for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 has been especially developed for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 is resistant to hot and cold water and does not impair the formation of froth or the taste of beer.
Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. In addition this grease is Halal certified (HFCE) and related drinking water certificates such as UBA (DVGW-KTW), WRAS and NSF Standard 61 are available.
