Lubricating oils for slideways and guideways
LAMORA D oils offer excellent lubricity also at low sliding speeds, enabling constant and precise feed motion of workpiece and tool slides. They ensure good wetting of the sliding surfaces and a high load-carrying capacity, especially of slideways with plastic coatings. Tests at SKC Schmidt GmbH & Co. (formerly Hans Schmidt Gleittechnik GmbH & Co.) have shown that the oils attain "good" to "very good" results both in terms of their coefficients of adhesion and their demulsifying behaviour in contact with customary cooling lubricants.
LAMORA D oils are in compliance with ISO 6743 part 13 GA and GB.

Spindle bearing grease
ISOFLEX NBU 15 is a high-speed grease with a good pressure absorption capacity.
It consists of a combination of ester oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and mineral oil and a barium complex soap. It offers good protection against wear and corrosion and is resistant to water, media and oxidation.

Adhesive lubricant
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 500 PLUS, a sprayable adhesive lubricant based on mineral oil, is aluminium complex saponified and contains solid lubricant (fine graphite). It is resistant to high pressure and is provided with anti-wear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors.
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 500 PLUS is free from bitumen, solvents and lead.

Easily scourable, wear-protecting needle and sinker oils
Kluber Madol 920 N oil based on special mineral base oils and additives.
It ensure reliable wetting of the friction points in your knitting machine, keep needle grooves clean and extend the needle life.
The oil' good oxidation stability contribute to reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

High-performance fluid grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth BEM 44-4600 is based on high-viscosity PAO oil and a special lithium soap, which prevents components from leaking due to its thixotropic behavior. Compared to other fluid greases it provides a very good thermal stability due to its synthetic composition thus ensures a longer service life of the lubricant and protects against early wear of the components. It offers good compatibility with other fluid greases based on mineral oil and PAO, thus it helps in a smooth change- over to BEM 44-4600.

Special lubricating grease for rolling bearings subject to high loads, low speeds and vibrations
Kluberplex BEM 41-301 shows good wear protection under rotating or oscillating movement and high impact loads. Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used ror a wide range of applications.
