High-temperature and long-term grease for rolling bearings
Kluberplex BEM 41-132 is based on synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and a special lithium soap. Special additives ensure optimum oxidation resistance as well as protection against wear and corrosion.

Light-coloured special lubricant for open drives
Klubersynth AG 14-61 has been especially designed for girth gear/pinion drives and plain bearings in wind turbines. The lubricant is resistant to high loads and provides very good corrosion protection properties. It can be used in a wide service temperature range and is therefore pumpable at temperatures as low as minus 30°C. The grease offers good pressure and wear resistance and is free from inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 and graphite. Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials Klubersynth AG 14-61 is suitable for wide ranging applications.

Special cleaning grease for rolling bearing applications
For you as an operator of wind power plants, downtime means high costs and laborious maintenance. Downtime is often due to rolling bearing damage caused by hardened residues. Klubersynth BZ 68-400 is a solution destined precisely for this problem. As the cleaning grease removes these residues, bearing life is extended and downtime for maintenance reduced.
When developing Klubersynth BZ 68-400, particular care was taken to ensure it is compatible with other base oils for maximum versatility. Besides the good cleaning effect that removes residues from rolling bearings, Klübersynth BZ 68-400 offers good protection against wear and corrosion. Due to this combined effect, cleaning of the rolling bearings can take place during operation.

Lubricating and assembly paste
ALTEMP Q NB 50 is a white/beige lubricating paste containing a mineral base oil, a barium complex soap and inorganic solid lubricants.
Besides its application as a universal assembly paste, this product offers benefits especially in friction points with small to minimum motion under high static and dynamic loads.

Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Klubersynth GEM 4 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Kluberplex BEM 41-141 offers good pressure and wear resistance and does not contain any inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 or graphite.
Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used for a wide range of applications.
