High-temperature and long-term greases for rolling bearings subject to high temperatures in continuous presses
Klubertemp HB 53-391 and Klubertemp HB 53-392 are synthetic long-term greases based on perfluorinated polyether oils. They were especially designed for the lubrication of roller bearings subject to high loads and temperatures in continuous presses. Klubertemp HB 53 greases ensure a good oil supply to the bearing throughout the entire service interval and offer high thermal stability as well as corrosion protection.

High-temperature oil for continuous wood panel presses
HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is a special high-temperature oil for use on the latest generation of continuous board presses subject to highest process temperatures and speeds.

High-temperature lubricating grease
Kluberlub PHB 71-461 is a special high-temperature lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polyurea. It is suitable for a wide service temperature range and can be used up to 180°C under continuous relubrication conditions. Kluberlub PHB 71-461 may be applied via centralized lubrication equipment.
Kluberlub PHB 71-461 incorporates special EP additives ensuring good wear protection under high load conditions.

Synthetic high-performance gear and high-temperature oil with KluberComp Lube Technology
Klubersynth GH 6 is a synthetic high-performance gear and high-temperature oil based on polyglycol. It includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.

High-temperature cleaning and lubricating oil for chains
Klubertherm CH 2-140 has improved thermal stability and load carrying capacity, which enables it to provide good wear protection for bending rods/bolts, rollers and chains during normal production. At the same time, the cleaning additives in the oil dissolve/suspend the pasty residues and flush them away from the lubrication point, thus providing a good cleaning effect without disturbing the production schedule.

High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener. 
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.
