Universal high-performance lubricant
MICROLUBE GB 0 is a special mineral oil based lubricant. It has a high pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, and shows a good wetting behaviour and water resistance.

High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

High-temperature chain oil for transport- and conveyor chains in the automotive industry
Klubersynth CHX 2-220 is a high-temperature oil especially developed with the know-how of a leading automotive paint manufacturer. Due to its compatibility with modern cathodic immersion paint systems it increases process reliability for the operator.
The new type of ester base oil offers better resistance to ageing, and any residues are dissolved by relubrication with fresh oil. Residue formation is low, which means less maintenance and repairs.

High-temperature long-term greases

ISOFLEX TOPAS NB 52, NB 152 are rolling and plain bearing greases based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a barium complex soap. The special barium-soap thickener used in the greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. The Kluber barium complex soap is ELINCS-registered and approved by GASG (Global Automotive Stakeholders Group).
