Kluberplex BEM 41-141

Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
Lubricant for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
Kluberplex BEM 41-141 offers good pressure and wear resistance and does not contain any inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 or graphite.
Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used for a wide range of applications.
Benefits for your application
  • Trouble-free operation due to wide service temperature with good pumbability and metering via centralised lubrication systems
  • Longer service life of rolling bearings due to good wear protection characteristics also under vibration conditions
  • Higher reliability of wind power stations due to good grease distribution and oil separation
  • Low frictional resistance and reduced component temperature
  • Reduced wear due to excellent lubricity
  • Easy changeover to Kluberplex BEM 41-141 as the lubricant is miscible with other greases

Features, Application
Operational lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra is a sprayable adhesive lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. It is resistant to high pressure and contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors. The raw materials used for the manufacture of Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra are free of bitumen, solvents and chlorine.
Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
High-temperature and long-term lubricant for rolling bearings subject to high loads
PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 (recommended for relubrication due to its softer consistency) are special lubricating greases based on ester oil and polyurea thickener. The greases have been especially designed for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads and temperatures. Being an efficient alternative to mineral oil based products, PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 achieve a much longer service life and therefore help to reduce maintenance costs. Due to their high base oil viscosity and excellent thermal stability they are mainly used for large rolling bearings.
Synthetic heavy-duty grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is a lubricating grease based on high-quality synthetic base oil and a special calcium complex soap thickener. This combination enables the formation of a lubricating film with high resistance to mechanical loads providing excellent wear protection. Moreover, Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect due to the special thickener component used.
Special lubricating grease with light coloured solid lubricants for slow, oscillating movements
Kluberlub BEM 41-122 is based on a mixture of mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbon oil thickened with a special lithium soap and light coloured solid lubricants.
The special structure of Kluberlub BEM 41-122 combines with the friction surface to form wear-resistant tribo-layers. Such tribo-layers reduce wear and prevent tribocorrosion, thus increasing the component's service life. In addition the special additives contained in Kluberlub BEM 41-122 improve the general oxidation stability and corrosion protection of the lubricant.
Multi-purpose lubricant for high-temperature applications
Klubertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Klubertemp GR AR 555 offers good corrosion protection and high evaporation stability especially for high-temperature applications.
