The special carrier fluid conveys white solid lubricants to the friction point of the chain. The carrier fluid then evaporates without leaving organic residues. Therefore it helps to improve food safety in your plant. Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME does not contain graphite, contamination with black particles is avoided.

Klubersynth CHX 2-220 is a high-temperature oil especially developed with the know-how of a leading automotive paint manufacturer. Due to its compatibility with modern cathodic immersion paint systems it increases process reliability for the operator.
The new type of ester base oil offers better resistance to ageing, and any residues are dissolved by relubrication with fresh oil. Residue formation is low, which means less maintenance and repairs.

Kluberfood NH1 C 6-150 is a special synthetic high-temperature oil on a PG base developed for the lubrication of chains operating through can and tin-plate curing, lacquering and decorating ovens.
It is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industries.

High-temperature chain oil
HOTEMP PLUS is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil for textile and plastic processing machines ensuring reliable operation even at high temperature and stress.
It creeps very well and thus rapidly forms a lubricating film.
Its specific additive combination makes HOTEMP PLUS is highly resistant to pressure and wear. Special adhesion improvers prevent the oil being thrown off the lubrication point.
HOTEMP PLUS is very efficient against the settling of finishing and softening compounds and their condensates at the point of friction. The few residues created by synthetic constituents are easy to regenerate by adding fresh oil.

Ultimately biodegradable escalator chain oil
Klüberbio C 2-46 is an ultimately biodegradable ester oil falling under the water hazard class 1.
It is free of solvents and offers good penetrating properties as well as wear protection.
