High-temperature chain oils for the food-processing industry
The Kluberfood NH1 CH 2 Plus oil series comprises synthetic high-temperature chain oils incorporating special base oils ensuring reliable lubrication at high temperatures. They show low evaporation losses and high oxidation stability for optimised relubrication intervals and reduced oil quantities.
The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Klubersynth CFH 2-400 was especially developed for film stretchers involving chain speeds of more than 450 m/min and oven temperatures in excess of 200°C. High-temperature chain oil for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is used to lubricate chains in industrial ovens operating at temperatures up to 650°C. The special carrier fluid conveys white solid lubricants to the friction point of the chain. The carrier fluid then evaporates without leaving organic residues. Therefore it helps to improve food safety in your plant. Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME does not contain graphite, contamination with black particles is avoided.

Regenerative high-temperature chain oil for conveyor and transport chains in the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-460 is a synthetic high-temperature oil that can dissolve residues as fresh oil enters the circuit. Continuous minimum-quantity lubrication with this oil leads to longer chain life. The product's optimised thermal stability helps reduce lubricant consumption.
As thermal residues are regenerated, Kluberfood NH1 CH 2-460 can lead to lower maintenance and repair costs.
It is NSF H1-registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570.

Klubersynth HT 2-220 CN is a specialty synthetic chain oil for the high temperature applications, which can provide reliable lubrication and protection under high temperatures and high loads.
