STRUCTOVIS HD is a special lubricant series based on mineral oil and available in different viscosity grades.
All STRUCTOVIS HD types offer good wear and corrosion protection. The STRUCTOVIS types provided with an adhesion improver are extremely adhesive thus reducing considerably the risk of contamination due to oil leakage, especially at high chain speeds. The STRUCTOVIS types of higher viscosity (AHD to CHD) may also reduce noise of chains.
High-temperature chain oil for transport- and conveyor chains in the automotive industry
Klubersynth CHX 2-220 is a high-temperature oil especially developed with the know-how of a leading automotive paint manufacturer. Due to its compatibility with modern cathodic immersion paint systems it increases process reliability for the operator.
The new type of ester base oil offers better resistance to ageing, and any residues are dissolved by relubrication with fresh oil. Residue formation is low, which means less maintenance and repairs.
High-temperature oil for oil-lubricated stenters in the textile industry
Klubersynth HT 2-220 CN is a specialty synthetic chain oil for the high temperature applications, which can provide reliable lubrication and protection under high temperatures and high loads. This oil has very good adhesion and spreading property, which can quickly and effectively form the lubricating film in the lubrication points. High-temperature chain oil
HOTEMP PLUS is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil for textile and plastic processing machines ensuring reliable operation even at high temperature and stress.
It creeps very well and thus rapidly forms a lubricating film.
Its specific additive combination makes HOTEMP PLUS is highly resistant to pressure and wear. Special adhesion improvers prevent the oil being thrown off the lubrication point.
HOTEMP PLUS is very efficient against the settling of finishing and softening compounds and their condensates at the point of friction. The few residues created by synthetic constituents are easy to regenerate by adding fresh oil.
High-temperature chain oil for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME is used to lubricate chains in industrial ovens operating at temperatures up to 650°C. The special carrier fluid conveys white solid lubricants to the friction point of the chain. The carrier fluid then evaporates without leaving organic residues. Therefore it helps to improve food safety in your plant. Kluberfood NH1 CH 6-120 SUPREME does not contain graphite, contamination with black particles is avoided.

HOTEMP SUPER CH 2-100 is a synthetic high-temperature chain oil based on a low-viscous, solvent-free and thermally stable ester oil.
The special additives contained in HOTEMP SUPER CH 2-100 ensure good wear protection and lubricity.
HOTEMP SUPER CH 2-100 has only low evaporation losses at high operating temperatures.
High-temperature oils for transmission, lifting and conveyor chains
The high-temperature oils of the Klubersynth CHM 2 series are manufactured on the basis of ester mixtures. These fully synthetic oils show good wear protection, low formation of residues (which are soluble in fresh oil) and high thermal stability.
