Adhesive dampening greases of medium to high shear viscosity
CATENERA KSB 6, 8, 12 are adhesive dampening greases based on synthetic hydrocarbon, ester and paraffin oil. They contain silicate as thickener.
CATENERA KSB 8 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Synthetic fluid gear grease for the food processing and pharmaceutical industries
Klüberfood NH1 94-6000 is a fluid grease based on a highly refined synthetic hydrocarbon and a special calcium complex soap thickener.

Premium sliding agent for valves, fittings and installations carrying oxygen under very high partial pressure
Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.
It provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.
It is registered according to NSF H1, complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 and can be used in the food-processing industry.

High-temperature long-term greases

The special barium-soap thickener used in the greases offers good load-carrying capacity as well as resistance to water and ambient media unlike other soap-based thickeners. Both products show good protection against corrosion as well as oxidation and ageing stability. The Kluber barium complex soap is ELINCS-registered and approved by GASG (Global Automotive Stakeholders Group).

Long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings
STABURAGS NBU 12/300 KP is a rolling and plain bearing grease based on mineral oil and a barium complex soap thickener. It offers good wear protection and good pressure absorption.
