Kluberquiet BQH 72-102 is a synthetic high-temperature lubricating grease. Due to the careful selection of product components and the clean manufacturing environment, Kluberquiet It is a rolling bearing grease with a particularly low noise level. Klubersynth CHX 2-220 is a high-temperature oil especially developed with the know-how of a leading automotive paint manufacturer. Due to its compatibility with modern cathodic immersion paint systems it increases process reliability for the operator.
The new type of ester base oil offers better resistance to ageing, and any residues are dissolved by relubrication with fresh oil. Residue formation is low, which means less maintenance and repairs.

PETAMO GY 193 is a synthetic high-temperature grease based on high-quality ester oils, polyurea thickener and special additives. The grease stands out for its excellent water resistance and corrosion protection.
With an above average base oil viscosity of approx. 160 mm²/s at 40°C, PETAMO GY 193 is suitable for manifold applications in machine building.

High-temperature lubricating oil
HOTEMP 2000 is an advanced, fully synthetic high-temperature oil for friction points that are normally lubricated manually.
HOTEMP 2000 is resistant to temperatures up to 250°C and does not decompose thermally into hard, lacquer-like residues that may stiffen or seize chain joints.
High-temperature lubricating paste
Wolfracoat C is a grey high-temperature lubricating paste containing metal solid lubricant pigments (e.g. copper, graphite). Wolfracoat C counteracts excessive friction, wear and seizing at lubricating points subject to high loads. Wolfracoat C forms a thermally stable lubricating film. At temperatures above 200°C, the solid lubricants remain in the friction points and protect against tribocorrosion and fretting of e.g. fits up to 1200°C.
Light-coloured high-temperature paste for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberpaste UH1 96-402 is a high-temperature paste designed for versatile assembly purposes in hygienically sensitive environments. It contains fully synthetic base oils and a special blend of ceramic solid lubricants.
It is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. It was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, pharmaceutical industries.
