The 16th Vietnam International Food and Beverage Exhibition took place from 13th – 16th September 2012, at Tan Binh International Exhibition and Convention Center. It was the most prestigious exhibition in the food industry organized by Vietnam National Trade Fair and Advertising Company (VINEXAD) in collaboration with Food and Foodstuff Association of Ho Chi Minh City (FFA), Vietnam Association of Beer Alcohol Beverage (VBA), Vietnam Tea Association (VITAS) and other related organizations.
The event welcomed the participation of 182 local and international companies with 256 booths exhibiting processed food & beverage products, hotel & restaurant supply services, processing & packaging technology etc. Here, Vu Minh introduced and displayed Kluber lubricants used in food processing such as beer, alcohol, milk, and beverage.
During this time, on 14th September, at Movenpick Saigon Hotel, Vu Minh collaborated with Kluber to hold a seminar on Kluber Lubricants in food processing industry Hotel with the goal of bringing effective lubrication to customers in the food industry.
The seminar attracted the attention and interest of many managers, maintenance and production engineers from various corporations, companies and factories in the field. More than 40 representatives from almost 30 companies such as Sabeco, Habeco, Nestle, Vinamilk, Tan Hiep Phat, Kinh Do, URC, Coca Cola, Lavie etc. came to join the event.
At the seminar, Kluber experts focused on three main topics:
- Different types of lubricants used in the food processing industry.
- International standards and regulations on food safety for lubricants.
- Tips on how to apply Kluber lubricant safely and effectively.
Kluber specialists also gave useful advices and answered all questions related to lubricants in the food processing industry. It was a great learning experience for many customers and surely will not be the last one with Vu Minh and Kluber.
