Synthetic lubricating grease for the food and pharmaceutical processing industry
Klubersynth UH1 14-1600 is a synthetic high-performance lubricating grease. It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR Sec. 178.3570. It is a contributor towards the supporting of food safety. Its soft consistency, good wear protection and scuffing load stage 11 in the FZG test ensure good lubricant distribution and reduced wear in the gear.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

Synthetic gear and multipurpose oil for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberoil 4 UH1 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO satisfying the growing requirements and increasing power density of modern gears.
These are NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Special lubricating grease for rolling and plain bearings
Klüberlub BE 71-501 is a light-coloured lubricating grease which offers good compatibility with nonferrous metals like those used for example as plain bearing material. Due to its special formulation and solid lubricants, wear is low when exposed to rotating and oscillating motion and high impact loads. Klüberlub BE 71-501 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect. The additives contained in this product enhance its ageing resistance.

Fluid gear grease
MICROLUBE GB 00 is a special mineral oil based grease free from solid lubricants. It has a high pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, shows good wetting behaviour, water resistance and backflow behaviour.

Low-temperature greases for slides and small gears
Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are special greases based on mineral oil and a lithium soap thickener. Due to their low base oil viscosity Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are suitable for temperatures down to –40°C.
