High-performance fluid grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth BEM 44-4600 is based on high-viscosity PAO oil and a special lithium soap, which prevents components from leaking due to its thixotropic behavior. Compared to other fluid greases it provides a very good thermal stability due to its synthetic composition thus ensures a longer service life of the lubricant and protects against early wear of the components. It offers good compatibility with other fluid greases based on mineral oil and PAO, thus it helps in a smooth change- over to BEM 44-4600.

Low-temperature greases for slides and small gears
Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are special greases based on mineral oil and a lithium soap thickener. Due to their low base oil viscosity Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are suitable for temperatures down to –40°C.

Fluid multipurpose grease for long-term lubrication
CENTOPLEX GLP 500 is a fluid multipurpose grease for the long- term lubrication at normal temperatures and high loads.

Premium sliding agent for valves, fittings and installations carrying oxygen under very high partial pressure
Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.
It provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.
It is registered according to NSF H1, complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 and can be used in the food-processing industry.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

Synthetic lubricating grease for the food and pharmaceutical processing industry
Klubersynth UH1 14-1600 is a synthetic high-performance lubricating grease. It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR Sec. 178.3570. It is a contributor towards the supporting of food safety. Its soft consistency, good wear protection and scuffing load stage 11 in the FZG test ensure good lubricant distribution and reduced wear in the gear.
