Kluberoil GEM 1 N is a high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on mineral. Kluberoil GEM 1 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Kluberoil GEM 1 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Fluid gear grease
MICROLUBE GB 00 is a special mineral oil based grease free from solid lubricants. It has a high pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, shows good wetting behaviour, water resistance and backflow behaviour.

Premium sliding agent for valves, fittings and installations carrying oxygen under very high partial pressure
Kluberalfa YV 93-1202 is a white sliding agent with a good wetting capacity on the basis of perfluorinated polyether oils and solid lubricants.
It provides an exceptionally high stability to oxygen surges and very good resistance to various chemicals.
It is registered according to NSF H1, complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570 and can be used in the food-processing industry.

Special synthetic lubricating greases for a wide application range
The product series POLYLUB GLY 151, 501, 801 is based on a synthetic hydrocarbon oil, mineral oil and special lithium soap. It comprises three lubricating greases reducing friction and wear in plain bearings, slideways and small gears made of plastic.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

Low-temperature greases for slides and small gears
Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are special greases based on mineral oil and a lithium soap thickener. Due to their low base oil viscosity Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are suitable for temperatures down to –40°C.
