Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media. The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

Synthetic low-temperature grease with good damping properties
Klubersynth LI 44-22 is a fully synthetic, dynamically light low-temperature grease with good damping and adhesion properties as well as water resistance. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons, lithium soap, antifriction solid lubricants as well as corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Klubersynth LI 44-22 is almost neutral towards many plastics and elastomers.

Multi-purpose grease
POLYLUB WH 2 is a multifunctional lubricating grease based on mineral oil and a lithium soap thickener.
The grease offers good adhesion, excellent low-temperature properties and good corrosion protection.

Low-temperature lubricating grease for high-speed, low-noise rolling bearings
ASONIC GLY 32 is a synthetic low-noise lubricating grease manu­factured in a clean environment.
The product components used and the grease’s low base-oil viscosity yield a very high speed factor and a low frictional torque, as can be seen from the results of measurements made on the low-temperature test rig.

Electroconductive low-noise rolling bearing grease for long-term lubrication
Kluberlectric BQ 72-72 was developed as an electroconductive rolling bearing grease with added excellent low-noise characteristics. Due to the use of selected additives based on ionic liquids, the lubricant's electroconductivity was increased, attaining resistance characteristics resembling those of semiconductors.

Special low-temperature greases
ISOFLEX TOPAS L 32 and L 32 N have been designed for extremely low temperatures. These greases consist of a synthetic hydrocarbon oil and a special lithium soap. ISOFLEX TOPAS L 32 and L 32 N are resistant to ageing and oxidation and provide good corrosion protection as well as water resistance.
ISOFLEX TOPAS L 32 N also contains a UV indicator, which ensures quality checking even with minimum quantity lubrication.
