It ensure reliable wetting of the friction points in your knitting machine, keep needle grooves clean and extend the needle life.
The oil' good oxidation stability contribute to reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

Synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil with KlüberComp Lube Technology
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Klubersynth GEM 4 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Biodegradable high-performance needle and sinker oils
In the knitting industry, requirements in terms of consistent product quality, compatibility of materials, wear protection and scourability are becoming more and more stringent. Kluber Silvertex W needle oils are based on special mineral base oils and additives. These oils are biodegradable according to OECD - 301 c. They reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time reducing operating costs.

Synthetic long-term oils
ISOFLEX PDP oils are synthetic long-term oils based on ester oil. They show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour, a high flash point, a low pour point, good aging and oxidation stability as well as corrosion protection. Compared to mineral oils, they hardly change their viscosity at low or high temperatures thus ensuring less decrease in performance and reduced power consumption.

Mineral oil-based special lubricants
STRUCTOVIS HD is a special lubricant series based on mineral oil and available in different viscosity grades.
All STRUCTOVIS HD types offer good wear and corrosion protection. The STRUCTOVIS types provided with an adhesion improver are extremely adhesive thus reducing considerably the risk of contamination due to oil leakage, especially at high chain speeds. The STRUCTOVIS types of higher viscosity (AHD to CHD) may also reduce noise of chains.
