Anti-wear, biodegradable needle and sinker oils
In the knitting industry, requirements in terms of consistent product quality, compatibility of materials, wear protection and scourability are becoming more and more stringent. Kluberoil Tex 1-...N oils are special mineral base oils and additives. These oils are biodegradable according to OECD - 301 c.
These oils reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time reducing operating costs.

Kluber Summit SH oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon and additives. They can be mixed with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, however are not miscible with polyglycol oils.

Isoflex PDP 65

Synthetic long-term oils
ISOFLEX PDP oils are synthetic long-term oils based on ester oil. They show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour, a high flash point, a low pour point, good aging and oxidation stability as well as corrosion protection. Compared to mineral oils, they hardly change their viscosity at low or high temperatures thus ensuring less decrease in performance and reduced power consumption.

Synthetic gear and multipurpose oil for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberoil 4 UH1 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO satisfying the growing requirements and increasing power density of modern gears.
These are NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Kluberfluid C-F 8 Ultra

Operational lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-F 8 ULTRA is a newly developed lubricant especially for use on medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on a mixture of synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil.
Kluberfluid C-F 8 ULTRA provides extremely good adhesion, resistance to high pressure and exceptional wear protection. It is suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120°C.

Semi-synthetic, biodegradable, high-performance needle and sinker oils

Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra

Operational lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is a lubricant of a new generation, developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil. It provides good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear. This product is suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120°C.
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra meets the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 annex D-2.
