Dynamically light, long-term lubricating grease
ISOFLEX LDS 18 SPECIAL A is a dynamically light long-term grease for plain and rolling bearings. It consists of ester oil, mineral oil and lithium soap. The product is resistant to ageing, oxidation and water, and it protects reliably against corrosion.

High-temperature long-term greases

Kluberlub PHB 71-461 is a special high-temperature lubricating grease based on mineral oil and polyurea. It is suitable for a wide service temperature range and can be used up to 180°C under continuous relubrication conditions. Kluberlub PHB 71-461 may be applied via centralized lubrication equipment.
Kluberlub PHB 71-461 incorporates special EP additives ensuring good wear protection under high load conditions.

Tried-and-tested grease for the high-temperature and long-term lubrication of rolling bearings
PETAMO GY 193 is a synthetic high-temperature grease based on high-quality ester oils, polyurea thickener and special additives. The grease stands out for its excellent water resistance and corrosion protection.
With an above average base oil viscosity of approx. 160 mm²/s at 40°C, PETAMO GY 193 is suitable for manifold applications in machine building.

Synthetic special lubricating grease for the food processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberfood NH1 94-402 is a special lubricating grease composed of a highly refined base oil and a calcium complex thickener.
Kluberfood NH1 94-402 is NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
