Klubersynth OA 98-15000

Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
Operational lubricant for large gear drives
Klubersynth OA 98-15000 is based on the SLIBF concept (Solid Lubricant Integrated Base Fluid) was developed precisely to meet the high demands of open gear drives.
It provides excellent adhesion, good film formation, less splashing from the gears and reducing leakages from the gear casing. This results in better maintenance practices and increased safety. It also provides good pumpability at lower temperatures and offers low resistance to pumping the lubricant.
Benefits for your application
Considerable cost savings through:
  • Enhanced tooth flank life due to very good wear protection
  • High base oil viscosity and additional white solid lubricants for reduced scuffing and pitting
  • Reduced consumption and disposal based on a more efficient lubricant demand
  • Improved surface condition and protection of loaded tooth flanks as the fluid grease removes contamination more easily
Improved maintenance due to:
  • No settling in the drum and reduced nozzle clogging due to the integration of the solid lubricant in the base oil
  • Easier inspection of the tooth flanks during operation due to the light-coloured solid lubricant
  • White solid lubricants make contact pattern visible
  • Reduced tendency for leakage around the gear guard due to the adhesive nature of the product

Costrac AK 0

Costrac AK 0

Mã SP:
Fluid grease for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
COSTRAC AK 0 is a multi-purpose fluid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.
High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.
Multi-purpose lubricant for high-temperature applications
Klubertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Klubertemp GR AR 555 offers good corrosion protection and high evaporation stability especially for high-temperature applications.
Open Gear Lubricants
Kluberlub OG 11 BH Series are Open Gear Lubricants based on mineral oil, Aluminum Complex Soap thickener and MX technology based on Organo Molybdenum Complex.
The high viscosity base fluids used in the lubricants provide extreme pressure (EP) and antiwear characteristics to the lubricant.
Petamo GHY 443

Petamo GHY 443

Mã SP:
High-temperature and long-term lubricant for rolling bearings subject to high loads
PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 (recommended for relubrication due to its softer consistency) are special lubricating greases based on ester oil and polyurea thickener. The greases have been especially designed for the lubrication of rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads and temperatures. Being an efficient alternative to mineral oil based products, PETAMO GHY 443 and PETAMO GHY 441 achieve a much longer service life and therefore help to reduce maintenance costs. Due to their high base oil viscosity and excellent thermal stability they are mainly used for large rolling bearings.
Operational lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is a lubricant of a new generation, developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil. It provides good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear. This product is suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120°C.
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra meets the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 annex D-2.
