Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Klubersynth GEM 4 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Fluid grease for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
COSTRAC AK 0 is a multi-purpose fluid grease based on mineral oil. It offers good water resistance and corrosion protection even at high temperatures.

Graphite based operational lubricant for open gear drives
Because of its unique chemical composition based on an aluminium soap thickener, the GRAFLOSCON C-SG 0 ULTRA provide good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads.The life of the gear is enhanced by the presence of fine graphite particles that form a protective layer and prevent damage.
The vibrations and temperature difference across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion due to the special additives.

Synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 8,000 operating hours
Kluber Summit SB oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbons and additives. These oils are miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, but not with oils based on polyglycol.
Kluber Summit SB oils offer excellent oxidation and ageing stability and show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour.

High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.
