Synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil with KlüberComp Lube Technology
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Klubersynth GEM 4 N includes KluberComp Lube Technology, i.e. it is based on especially high-grade raw materials and advanced additives, enabling maximum performance in the lubrication of all gear components.
Klubersynth GEM 4 N is approved by Siemens-Flender, SEW, MAAG Gears, etc.

Running-in lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon B-SG 00 Ultra is a sprayable running-in lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium stearate as a thickener and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. The lubricant is free from bitumen, heavy metals, solvents and raw materials containing chlorine.
GRAFLOSCON B-SG 00 ULTRA reduces surface roughness and improves the tooth flank quality which makes it also suitable for corrective lubrication if tooth flanks are damaged.

Concentrated, synthetic conditioner for compressors, hydraulic systems, gears and other oil circulation systems
Kluber Summit Varnasolv is a concentrated conditioner fluid containing synthetic ester oil and cleaning additives. It is miscible with mineral oils, synthetic hydrocarbons, ester oils and polyglycols.

Graphite based operational lubricant for open gear drives
Because of its unique chemical composition based on an aluminium soap thickener, the GRAFLOSCON C-SG 0 ULTRA provide good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads.The life of the gear is enhanced by the presence of fine graphite particles that form a protective layer and prevent damage.
The vibrations and temperature difference across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion due to the special additives.

Aqueous graphite suspension
Kluberplus S 01-004 is a stable, aqueous graphite suspension used for applications at very high temperatures. It is free from solvents and thus prevents environmental contamination by solvent evaporation. In an undiluted condition Kluberplus S 01-004 is characterized by a very good wetting capacity, good corrosion protection and high stability.
