Kluber Summit SH 32…68

Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
Synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 10,000 operating hours
Kluber Summit SH oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon and additives. They can be mixed with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, however are not miscible with polyglycol oils.
Benefits for your application
  • Low maintenance and operating costs due to extended oil change intervals up to 10,000 operating hours in oil-injected screw-type compressors
  • Easy compressor oil conversion due to neutral behaviour of oils towards seals.
  • Low tendency to evaporation and thus low impact of the oil vapour on the compressed air
  • Longer servie life of the oil filters, activated carbon filters and oil separators.
  •  Low formation of oxidation residues in the oil circuit, reduced operating costs due to extended oil filter and separator life
  • Used for compressors air machine: Atlas Copco, Kaeser, Boge, Hitachi, Kobelco, Fusheng…

Features, Application
Operational lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra is a sprayable adhesive lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. It is resistant to high pressure and contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors. The raw materials used for the manufacture of Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra are free of bitumen, solvents and chlorine.
High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.
Special lubricating grease for rolling and plain bearings
Klüberlub BE 71-501 is a light-coloured lubricating grease which offers good compatibility with nonferrous metals like those used for example as plain bearing material. Due to its special formulation and solid lubricants, wear is low when exposed to rotating and oscillating motion and high impact loads. Klüberlub BE 71-501 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect. The additives contained in this product enhance its ageing resistance.
High-temperature long-term greases
BARRIERTA is Europe's oldest high-quality brand of high-temperature lubricants based on PFPE. Today the name of BARRIERTA is widely regarded as synonymous with long-term stability and thermal resistance.
We are committed to live up to this good reputation. BARRIERTA L55 series products are made from clearly specified raw materials and the production and quality of the end product is closely monitored.
BARRIERTA L series long-term greases offer excellent resistance to high temperature and aggressive media and at the same time compatibility with plastics and elastomers.
Multi-purpose lubricant for high-temperature applications
Klubertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Klubertemp GR AR 555 offers good corrosion protection and high evaporation stability especially for high-temperature applications.
Wolfracoat C

Wolfracoat C

Mã SP:
High-temperature lubricating paste
Wolfracoat C is a grey high-temperature lubricating paste containing metal solid lubricant pigments (e.g. copper, graphite). Wolfracoat C counteracts excessive friction, wear and seizing at lubricating points subject to high loads. Wolfracoat C forms a thermally stable lubricating film. At temperatures above 200°C, the solid lubricants remain in the friction points and protect against tribocorrosion and fretting of e.g. fits up to 1200°C.
