High-temperature oil for oil-lubricated stenters in the textile industry
Klubersynth HT 2-220 CN is a specialty synthetic chain oil for the high temperature applications, which can provide reliable lubrication and protection under high temperatures and high loads. Klubertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Klubertemp GR AR 555 offers good corrosion protection and high evaporation stability especially for high-temperature applications.

Synthetic heavy-duty grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is a lubricating grease based on high-quality synthetic base oil and a special calcium complex soap thickener. This combination enables the formation of a lubricating film with high resistance to mechanical loads providing excellent wear protection. Moreover, Klubersynth HBE 94-401 is resistant to water and has a good sealing effect due to the special thickener component used.

Synthetic long-term oils
ISOFLEX PDP oils are synthetic long-term oils based on ester oil. They show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour, a high flash point, a low pour point, good aging and oxidation stability as well as corrosion protection. Compared to mineral oils, they hardly change their viscosity at low or high temperatures thus ensuring less decrease in performance and reduced power consumption.

Long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings
STABURAGS NBU 12/300 KP is a rolling and plain bearing grease based on mineral oil and a barium complex soap thickener. It offers good wear protection and good pressure absorption.

Air-drying, easy-to-apply bonded coating based on MoS₂
MOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4 Spray is an air-drying, black bonded coating based on molybdenum disulfide (MoS₂), an organic binder and an inflammable solvent mixture.
MOLYBKOMBIN UMF T4 Spray is liquid and ready-to-use. Once applied and hardened, the bonded coating shows good wetting of metal surfaces and is very resistant to pressure. Its dry lubricating film is suitable for use at temperatures up to approx. 450°C.
