Special lubricating grease for drinking water taps containing e.g. EPDM and/or NBR elastomers
Klübersynth VR 69-252 N is a tailor-made, highly adhesive, light-colored lubricating grease based on fatty oil, calcium soap and PTFE. With a carefully selected combination of active substances, this lubricant offers very good performance and high functionality combined with a long service life. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N clearly surpasses the load alternation requirement of 200,000 cycles at a closing force of 2.5 Nm and is therefore in full compliance with the European standard DIN EN 200. Klubersynth VR 69-252 N meets the new drinking water and plastics guideline (KTW) of the German Umweltbundesamt (Federal Environmental Agency) and conforms to the current French positive list for drinking water applications ACS.

Klubersynth V 64-300 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570.

Kluberlub BVH 71-461

High-temperature lubricating grease for bearings and valves
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil/synthetic hydrocarbon oil/polyurea. It has a wide service temperature range and is suitable for rolling bearings up to a service temperature of 160 °C.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 ensures excellent wear protection, and its EP additives provide a high pressure absorption capacity.
It is very adhesive and resistant to water under static and dynamic loads.
Kluberlub BVH 71-461 is also particularly resistant to oxidation and ageing and reliably protects against corrosion. It has an especially high sealing effect in coke oven valves.

NOSOL GBY 2 is a fully synthetic lubricating and sealing grease for valves and fittings, especially gas fittings and bearings. It is resistant to water, mineral oil, glycol-water mixtures, gaseous and liquid aliphatic hydrocarbons such as town gas, long-distance gas, natural gas, petroleum gas and their substitute gases as well as to propane and propane-butane mixtures.

Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. In addition this grease is Halal certified (HFCE) and related drinking water certificates such as UBA (DVGW-KTW), WRAS and NSF Standard 61 are available.
