Synthetic sealing grease for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 has been especially developed for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries. Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 is resistant to hot and cold water and does not impair the formation of froth or the taste of beer.
Klubersynth UH1 64-2403 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. In addition this grease is Halal certified (HFCE) and related drinking water certificates such as UBA (DVGW-KTW), WRAS and NSF Standard 61 are available.

Special lubricating grease for drinking water taps containing e.g. EPDM and/or NBR elastomers
Klübersynth VR 69-252 N is a tailor-made, highly adhesive, light-colored lubricating grease based on fatty oil, calcium soap and PTFE. With a carefully selected combination of active substances, this lubricant offers very good performance and high functionality combined with a long service life. Klübersynth VR 69-252 N clearly surpasses the load alternation requirement of 200,000 cycles at a closing force of 2.5 Nm and is therefore in full compliance with the European standard DIN EN 200. Klubersynth VR 69-252 N meets the new drinking water and plastics guideline (KTW) of the German Umweltbundesamt (Federal Environmental Agency) and conforms to the current French positive list for drinking water applications ACS.

Lubricating greases for extreme requirements

Special lubricating grease for valves eg under vacuum

It may also be used for very low-load rolling bearings used in the beverage industry where an EPDM-compatible H1 lubricant is required.
