High-performance fluid grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth BEM 44-4600 is based on high-viscosity PAO oil and a special lithium soap, which prevents components from leaking due to its thixotropic behavior. Compared to other fluid greases it provides a very good thermal stability due to its synthetic composition thus ensures a longer service life of the lubricant and protects against early wear of the components. It offers good compatibility with other fluid greases based on mineral oil and PAO, thus it helps in a smooth change- over to BEM 44-4600.

Klubersynth UH1 14-1600 is a synthetic high-performance lubricating grease. It is registered as NSF H1 and complies with FDA 21 CFR Sec. 178.3570. It is a contributor towards the supporting of food safety. Its soft consistency, good wear protection and scuffing load stage 11 in the FZG test ensure good lubricant distribution and reduced wear in the gear.

Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra

Operational lubricant for open drives
Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra is a sprayable adhesive lubricant with a mineral base oil. It contains aluminium complex soap and solid lubricant particles of fine graphite. It is resistant to high pressure and contains antiwear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors. The raw materials used for the manufacture of Grafloscon C-SG 2000 Ultra are free of bitumen, solvents and chlorine.

Kluberplex BEM 41-141

Lubricant for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
Kluberplex BEM 41-141 offers good pressure and wear resistance and does not contain any inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 or graphite.
Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used for a wide range of applications.

Catenera KSB 8

Adhesive dampening greases of medium to high shear viscosity
CATENERA KSB 6, 8, 12 are adhesive dampening greases based on synthetic hydrocarbon, ester and paraffin oil. They contain silicate as thickener.
CATENERA KSB 8 is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.
