Because of its unique chemical composition based on an aluminium soap thickener, the GRAFLOSCON C-SG 0 ULTRA provide good adhesion that protects the tooth flank even at extreme loads.The life of the gear is enhanced by the presence of fine graphite particles that form a protective layer and prevent damage.
The vibrations and temperature difference across the tooth flank are reduced. The gears are also protected against corrosion due to the special additives.

It is based on ester oil and polyurea thickener and made according to a special manufacturing procedure, facilitating smoother running of rolling bearings. With its above-average corrosion protection properties, it also extends the lifetime of rolling bearings.

Klubersynth OA 98-15000 is based on the SLIBF concept (Solid Lubricant Integrated Base Fluid) was developed precisely to meet the high demands of open gear drives.
