High-performance fluid grease for long-term lubrication
Klubersynth BEM 44-4600 is based on high-viscosity PAO oil and a special lithium soap, which prevents components from leaking due to its thixotropic behavior. Compared to other fluid greases it provides a very good thermal stability due to its synthetic composition thus ensures a longer service life of the lubricant and protects against early wear of the components. It offers good compatibility with other fluid greases based on mineral oil and PAO, thus it helps in a smooth change- over to BEM 44-4600.

Adhesive lubricant
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 500 PLUS, a sprayable adhesive lubricant based on mineral oil, is aluminium complex saponified and contains solid lubricant (fine graphite). It is resistant to high pressure and is provided with anti-wear additives, adhesion improvers and corrosion inhibitors.
GRAFLOSCON C-SG 500 PLUS is free from bitumen, solvents and lead.

Synthetic gear and multipurpose oil for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industries
Kluberoil 4 UH1 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO satisfying the growing requirements and increasing power density of modern gears.
These are NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Operational lubricant for large girth gear drives
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra is a lubricant of a new generation, developed specifically for the lubrication of medium-size to large girth gear drives. It is based on synthetic hydrocarbons and mineral oil. It provides good adhesion, excellent resistance to high pressure and protection against wear. This product is suitable for use at component temperatures up to 120°C.
Kluberfluid C-F 3 Ultra meets the requirements of ANSI/AGMA 9005-E02 annex D-2.

Needle and sinker oils for hosiery and flat-bed knitting machinery
Kluber Madol 100 oils based on special mineral base oils and additives.
They ensure reliable wetting of the friction points in your knitting machine, keep needle grooves clean and extend the needle life.
The oils' good oxidation stability contribute to reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time keeping maintenance costs to a minimum.

Special lubricating grease for rolling bearings subject to high loads, low speeds and vibrations
Kluberplex BEM 41-301 shows good wear protection under rotating or oscillating movement and high impact loads. Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used ror a wide range of applications.
