Lubricating greases for extreme requirements
Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are lubricating greases based on mineral oil and special calcium soap. They offer high resistance to mechano-dynamical loads and good adhesion properties. Kluberplex BE 31-102…-222…-502 are highly resistant to media, water and water vapour.

Universal high-performance lubricant
MICROLUBE GB 0 is a special mineral oil based lubricant. It has a high pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, and shows a good wetting behaviour and water resistance.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

High-temperature long-term greases

Special lubricating greases for boundary friction conditions and tribo-corrosion
MICROLUBE GL 261, GL 262 greases are special lubricating greases on a mineral oil base, special lithium soap and the MICROLUBE additive package. Running-in wear is reduced to a minimum. In addition, the MICROLUBE additive package provides protection in the boundary friction regime, thus preventing tribo-corrosion. These greases have the capacity to absorb high pressures, and they have good anti-corrosion properties.

High-temperature screw paste
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is a black hot screw paste for high-alloy steels. It contains fully synthetic polyalkylene glycol and ester base oils and a combination of inorganic solid lubricants.
Kluberpaste HEL 46-450 is suitable for a temperature range between -40°C and 1000°C. In the normal temperature range (i.e. below 200°C) it shows good anticorrosion behaviour and good water resistance. Above 200°C it acts as a dry lubricant.
