Klubersynth GEM 4 N is a synthetic high-performance gear and multipurpose oil based on PAO. Long-term and high-temperature grease for rolling bearings
PETAMO GHY 133 N is a high-performance lubricating grease for rolling bearings subject to high temperatures.
The high performance level of PETAMO GHY 133 N is achieved by means of selected product constituents such as polyurea thickener, mineral oil, synthetic hydrocarbon oil and additives, as well as the production technology.

Windscreen wiper blades are subject to extreme and sometimes conflicting requirements. On the one hand wiper blades have to be structurally stable enough to resist mechanical stress during operation, on the other hand they have to have sufficient flexibility to ensure a satisfactory wiping pattern is achieved in contact with the windscreen. Optimum frictional behavior, especially in the dry/wet friction regime, is therefore of vital importance. Kluberplus S 02-004 has been designed especially for optimization of the frictional behavior of wiper blades. A secondary benefit of the lubricant is that assembly of the wiper blades is also much easier. This also applies to the assembly of other components, such as O-rings etc.. Once applied, Kluberplus S 02-004 forms a dry, flexible, sliding film which ensures prevention of stick slip sliding with minimal lubricant transfer to the mating surface, e.g. the windscreen.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.
