Klubertop TM 06-111

Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
Thermosetting bonded coating for high loads and good corrosion protection
Once applied and hardened, the coating ensures:
  • good wear resistance
  • excellent corrosion protection
  • wide service temperature range
  • no stick-slip at low relative speeds
  • excellent wear protection on zinc-phosphated surfaces
Benefits for your application
  • Cost savings due to wear and corrosion protection also under high loads
    • long component life due to good surface smoothening at high loads
    • highly resistant at high loads in combination with corrosive influences
    • low friction coefficients at high loads
  • Clean and dry surfaces with lubricating effect
    • no contamination by fluid lubricant
    • no sticking of lubricated components during automated assembly
    • lubricant firmly incorporated, no risk of lubrication starvation in the friction point

Product
Features, Application
Lubricant for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
Kluberplex BEM 41-141 offers good pressure and wear resistance and does not contain any inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 or graphite.
Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used for a wide range of applications.
Water-miscible, two-component bonded coatings for automotive body seals
Klubertop TP 22, 27 and 31-1310 A/B are air-hardening, black two-component bonded coatings with varying solid matter content plus an organic, water-miscible binding agent. The products offer good adhesion to e.g. EPDM, TPE, FPM, PUR.
High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.
High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.
High-temperature chain oils
All chain users aim at minimising lubricant consumption volumes to enhance their profitability. At the same time, they expect good wear protection and low residue formation to keep maintenance costs low.
Our synthetic ester oils clearly meet these requirements. With our Klubersynth CH 2 series, we have found the right solution for you.
