High-temperature lubricating greases
STABUTHERM GH 461 and STABUTHERM GH 462 are high-temperature lubricating greases based on mineral oil and polyurea. They have a wide service temperature range and can be applied in rolling bearings up to 180°C. If the lubricant is used in central lubrication systems, operating temperatures up to 200°C are possible. They have feature highly effective anti-wear properties. The greases are very adhesive and resistant to water both under static and dynamic load. They are resistant to oxidation and provide reliable protection against corrosion.

Special lubricating grease with EP additives, compatible with EPDM
SYNTHESO GLEP 1 is a special lubricant for a wide variety of applications with an almost neutral behaviour towards many elastomers (including EPDM) and plastics (except PC and ABS). SYNTHESO GLEP 1 can be used in a wide service temperature range and offers efficient protection against wear, good adhesion and resistance to water.

Universal high-performance lubricant
MICROLUBE GB 0 is a special mineral oil based lubricant. It has a high pressure absorption capacity, provides excellent protection against wear and corrosion, and shows a good wetting behaviour and water resistance.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media.
The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

Low-temperature greases for slides and small gears
Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are special greases based on mineral oil and a lithium soap thickener. Due to their low base oil viscosity Kluberlub LM 41-32 N and Kluberlub LM 41-102 are suitable for temperatures down to –40°C.

Lubricant for rolling and plain bearings subject to high loads
Kluberplex BEM 41-141 offers good pressure and wear resistance and does not contain any inorganic solid lubricants like MoS2 or graphite.
Due to its good compatibility with commercial sealing materials, the grease can be used for a wide range of applications.
