HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is a special high-temperature oil for use on the latest generation of continuous board presses subject to highest process temperatures and speeds.
HOTEMP SUPER N PLUS is an advanced product based on the HOTEMP... series with further development in terms of evaporation losses at temperatures between 230 and 260 °C.

High-temperature chain oils for the food-processing industry
The Kluberfood NH1 CH 2 Plus oil series comprises synthetic high-temperature chain oils incorporating special base oils ensuring reliable lubrication at high temperatures. They show low evaporation losses and high oxidation stability for optimised relubrication intervals and reduced oil quantities.
The lubricants were developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical or animal feed industries.

Synthetic air compressor oils for oil change intervals up to 8,000 operating hours
Kluber Summit SB oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbons and additives. These oils are miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils, but not with oils based on polyglycol.
Kluber Summit SB oils offer excellent oxidation and ageing stability and show a good viscosity-temperature behaviour.

Biodegradable high-performance needle and sinker oils
In the knitting industry, requirements in terms of consistent product quality, compatibility of materials, wear protection and scourability are becoming more and more stringent. Kluber Silvertex W needle oils are based on special mineral base oils and additives. These oils are biodegradable according to OECD - 301 c. They reduce wear and deposits on stitch-forming elements, thus ensuring long and trouble-free operation of knitting machines, while at the same time reducing operating costs.

Fully synthetic compressor oils for the food-processing and pharmaceutical industry
Kluber Summit HySyn FG oils are air compressor oils based on synthetic hydrocarbon oils. They can be mixed with mineral oils and other synthetic hydrocarbon oils.
The oils offer good oxidation stability due to the synthetic base oil, thus minimizing oxidation residues in the compressors and extending oil change intervals and the service life of oil filters and separators.
They are NSF H1 registered.

Synthetic oil for chains in can lacquering lines for the food-processing industry
Kluberfood NH1 C 6-150 is a special synthetic high-temperature oil on a PG base developed for the lubrication of chains operating through can and tin-plate curing, lacquering and decorating ovens.
It is NSF H1 registered and therefore complies with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. The lubricant was developed for incidental contact with products and packaging materials in the food-processing, cosmetics, pharmaceutical industries.
