Kluberlub BE 41-1501

Manufacturer: KLÜBER LUBRICATION (Germany)
Heavy-duty grease for highly-loaded rolling bearings operating at low speeds
Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is designed to meet the requirements of rolling bearings subject to extreme conditions.
FAG FE 8 tests have confirmed the effectiveness of Kluberlub BE 41-1501 under these conditions and it is approved by various bearing manufacturers, e.g. FAG, to be used for applications in low-speed rolling bearings subject to very high loads and shocks, for example in roller presses and bowl mill crushers.
Benefits for your application
  • Kluberlub BE 41-1501 is approved by leading component OEMs, e.g. Flender and David Brown.
  • Excellent wear protection under the highest dynamic load conditions
  • Good load-carrying capacity at low rotational speeds
  • Reliable lubricant film formation at high service temperatures
  • Emergency lubricating properties due to the addition of special solid lubricants

Features, Application
Multi-purpose lubricant for high-temperature applications
Klubertemp GR AR 555 is a white, homogeneous long-term grease based on a perfluorinated polyether oil (PFPE) and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE).
Klubertemp GR AR 555 offers good corrosion protection and high evaporation stability especially for high-temperature applications.
Special lubricating grease with light coloured solid lubricants for slow, oscillating movements
Kluberlub BEM 41-122 is based on a mixture of mineral oil and synthetic hydrocarbon oil thickened with a special lithium soap and light coloured solid lubricants.
The special structure of Kluberlub BEM 41-122 combines with the friction surface to form wear-resistant tribo-layers. Such tribo-layers reduce wear and prevent tribocorrosion, thus increasing the component's service life. In addition the special additives contained in Kluberlub BEM 41-122 improve the general oxidation stability and corrosion protection of the lubricant.
High-temperature grease for slow-running bearings
Klubersynth BH 72-422 is a synthetic high-temperature grease containing ester as well as perfluorinated polyether (PFPE) oils, and a PTFE thickener.
This grease shows good oil retention at high temperature and is thermally stable, which enables Klubersynth BH 72-422 to extend your relubrication intervals at operating temperatures above 160°C up to 220°C.
White operating and priming lubricants
Kluberplex AG 11- 462 offer very good wear and corrosion protective properties contributing to an efficient operation of your highly loaded installations and components.
These adhesive greases have proven effective for many years, providing reliable protection of components also when exposed to salt water or during extended periods of standstill.
Open Gear Lubricants
Kluberlub OG 11 BH Series are Open Gear Lubricants based on mineral oil, Aluminum Complex Soap thickener and MX technology based on Organo Molybdenum Complex.
The high viscosity base fluids used in the lubricants provide extreme pressure (EP) and antiwear characteristics to the lubricant.
High-temperature long-term greases
Klubertemp HM greases are long-term lubricating greases based on perfluoropolyether oil and PTFE which has been specifically designed for high-temperature lubrication. Owing to the base oil viscosity and the high load-carrying capacity, Klubertemp HM greases are particularly suitable for the initial and relubrication of medium-speed rolling bearings subject to high temperatures and loads.
