High-speed lubricating grease
Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is a high-performance special grease with a synthetic base oil and a polyurea thickener. The base oil viscosity and its viscosity-temperature characteristics allow Kluberspeed BF 72-22 to be used for a wide range of speeds and temperatures. Tests have shown that Kluberspeed BF 72-22 is suitable for extremely high speeds; speed factors of up to 2 million were attained. Kluberspeed BF 72‑22 also allows shorter running-in times and has a long service life.

Fully synthetic high-performance oils for high-speed can closing machines
The Kluberfood NH1 M 4-100, -150, -220 oils are mineral oil-free products based on synthetic hydrocarbons.
Klüberfood NH1 M 4-100, -150, -220 oils are NSF H1 registered and therefore comply with FDA 21 CFR § 178.3570. In addition to their good anti-corrosion properties, Klüberfood NH1 M 4-series has a very good oil and water absorption behaviour.

Low-temperature lubricating grease for high-speed, low-noise rolling bearings
ASONIC GLY 32 is a synthetic low-noise lubricating grease manu­factured in a clean environment.
The product components used and the grease’s low base-oil viscosity yield a very high speed factor and a low frictional torque, as can be seen from the results of measurements made on the low-temperature test rig.

Synthetic long-term grease for rolling and plain bearings, linear motion guides
ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 is a synthetic long-term grease with good low-temperature properties. It has a good load-carrying capacity and ensures smooth running even at high speeds and accelerations.
The thickener made of special calcium soap ensures good adhesion to the component and good resistance to media. The additives contained in ISOFLEX TOPAS NCA 52 increase wear protection.

High-speed grease for gears
CENTOPLEX CX 4/375 AU is a special lubricating grease based on mineral oil and lithium soap. It is a very soft grease of consistency grade 0.

High-speed spindle bearing grease
Kluberspeed BFP 42-32 is a high-speed spindle bearing grease with a synthetic base oil and a special lithium thickener. Due to its base oil viscosity and the chemical composition Kluberspeed BFP 42-32 can be used for high-speed spindle bearings where it achieves a longer service life than conventional spindle bearing greases.
